This is how we get started with your drone:

 

• To make it easier for you and us, we often ask for images of the damage to your drone. This makes it easier to estimate the costs.

• Upon receipt of the drone, we immediately look at what needs to be done about it.

• We will always contact you in advance about the costs of repair. You will receive a quote and an explanation for this.

• If the repair is approved, the drone will be repaired the same day.

• Once the repair is complete, a test flight will be made. After the test flight you will receive photos and a video of the result.

 

It is often possible to wait for your drone to be repaired.

Most repairs take about 1 to 2 hours. This depends on the kind, type and damage of the drone.
